The first time I to a yoga class was with friend many years ago now. We to go together once every week, think it was Wednesday, and have class.

In yoga it's very important stretch your body, so you have reach down to touch your toes example, or stretch out your arms legs, like that.

Another part of is when you have to practice . For example when you stand on one leg, and you have to standing, even though it's a bit sometimes, because you feel like you fall over.

At the end of class, usually, you have a few just to relax, so you lie on the floor, on your back. let your legs and arms become and relaxed and it feels very, calm and peaceful. Sometimes, people even asleep.
